My vehicle was going to be inspected, as I wanted to be prepared for winter. After making an appointment, I was given a complete breakdown of the necessary work, and an itemized breakdown of the inspection findings. I delivered the vehicle, was notified when the work was complete. I could feel the difference afterward. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work, and will be back for major repairs or routine maintenance.

Cannot say enough good things about this group, we have a few years under our belt and have found ourselves in pickles more than once, we could always count on them to through for us, thank you guys.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the crew at Gages Lake. I have been taking my vehicles there since I began driving (we’ll leave my age out of the review 😂). While the Gages Lake location can be hard to get into with short notice, they are worth the wait. Lake Villa has been my secret for last minute appointments. But my secret must be out, because they’ve gotten busier. My mom comes all the way from Evanston for oil changes because we trust the teams. I have an older vehicle that doesn’t always time its issues with their work hours, every time I have to call them, they always find a way to help me. They always go above and beyond. I am so thankful for all the teams have done for me, and that they are trustworthy and thorough. As a bonus, they are excellent mystery solvers; because seriously there are some strange things that go wrong with my vehicle 🤔
